Yes I know but it seems as though all the posts "I got the text" were Razr's perhaps it was a coincidence.

I have the Maxx as well and got 2 texts this morning regarding the Android 4.0 update being "soon" and the Verizon IM being taken off.

Actually up in Alaska.... yeah total lie there. I'm from the great state of Tennessee proud owner of the Razr Maxx and previous owner of a rooted OG Droid, ran multiple Roms over the near 3 years I owned it: Cyanogen, Ultimate Droid, P-Elite (I think that's the name). Big computer nerd and gamer extraordinare!
