On my bill they are listed seperately. '4G Mobile Hotspot' is under "Features" and the 'Unlimited Email and Web' is under "Data." I haven't removed the hotspot yet, but that's what other are doing, and since it's two seperate things you can just uncheck the hotspot feature without affecting the data. The other hotspot plans are inclusive, like "6GB with MHS" (mobile hotspot) listed under the data section, so you can't remove MHS without changing the data as well. Anyone who doesn't have this yet with their 4G phone should keep trying. As mentioned, be courteous and you will probably get farther. The phone reps have to deal with lots of crap for hours a day, so to have someone who's actually nice may be the deciding factor. If they keep offering the capped data with MHS, just say no thank you and end it, then call back to get another rep.
