What if you could instantly reboot into a 2nd ROM or stock where the cam was functional? Not saying cam isn't going to ever work. But, SS3 should have 3-4 ROM capability with instant swaps between them (or stock).

That would be pretty neat. I wasn't saying that I don't like your ROM, and it's not like I don't appreciate what you do for us D3 users, but I do tend to use my camera a lot. But, if SS3 was capable of doing that, that would be awesome.

Reports of working data, etc. No cam yet.

For me on the T-Mo Sim, I don't get data, so it may be for only VZW at this time.

Thank you Hash for this ROM. I was looking for more details about whats working and whats not.

For benefit of others, here is what I found:
1) Data + Voice both working fine
2) Camera not working
3) The ROM is still not as responsive as other GB roms, but its a million times better than the previous iteration of JB.
4) Videos and sound working fine (Netflix and Chrome both work!)


Once the responsiveness improves, I am ready to take this as my primary ROM, I can wait for the camera!

The other thing I noticed, and this was true in CM9 as well, Facebook reports the phone doesn't support push notifications. I'm not sure if it's a bug in the Facebook app or if something in the ROM is making the Facebook app just think that it doesn't support push notifications. I didn't notice it not working with other apps.

I also didn't see Google Now which I thought was one of the features of JB. Or maybe it's the access method that simply won't work on the Droid3.

I have come to loathe the FB app. I just made a browser shortcut and have email notifications. The browser is faster and has more features anyways.

You don't need ssv3 to flash this. 2.1 works fine.
