Leak .242?

Anyone know if .242 still shows a Development Device ID number below USB Debugging under System, Developer Options?
If so, do the final ICS builds on Razr and Droid4 have it too?
I'm still wondering if it's a permanent feature or just displaying on development builds. I think I'm going to have to take the plunge on .242, I'm betting it's going to be the OTA and even if it's not Samuri's HOB looks much improved these days.

Just looked my wife's razor and it has it also.

If they don't at this point, they will have people up in arms. Just sign off on it already and call it good. Fix anything left in a new update.

Ik Verizon is getting on my nerves!

I plan on doing a FDR soon...probably tomorrow or Monday. Then a new Nandroid. I've been using my phone all day and went to a party tonight with it and I still have 60% battery life. And that was on 4G. I'm really quite happy with this build.

Sam, I'm havin' a ball with 242. As fast as i flick my thumb (former blackberry curve user) it responds fluidly. Haven't checked flash but I'm hopeful.

Yea, 242 has been THE best build for me so far. I really want them to push it OTA asap as I think all the 232 guys and gals will love it.

I'm finally getting interested in moving up from .232. I'm getting TONS of slow-downs and freezes when choosing menu items, etc. Can't seem to pin down the catalyst, but I've seen others complain about the same problems.

As long as you're aware of the downsides it shouldn't be a problem to move up to 242. Given that you have issues, I'm going to recommend that if you do so, skip the cache wipe after the update installs and do a factory reset instead. I know it's a pain to set everything up again, but, the clean start will give you a SWEET phone.

FDR or resintall/FDR would make your 232 amazing again too probably, no overestimating the value of a clean environment for a new ics install
