I'm already on. 232 and am really not afraid of loosing anything by going back to. 905 without HOB,(although it would be nice to not have to spend time getting everything back the way I want it) the possibility of. 242 being that much more stable and very well could be the OTA coupled with the possibility of extra work that moving from. 232 upwards to the OTA brings...I really don't know what I should do! Has anyone seen much of a difference in performance with this build?

IMO, it's as good as it's going to get. Those on 232 have a tough choice now. The HoB can update you to 242 with no data loss. HOWEVER, you lose the ability to downgrade to 905 once you do. I still caution and warn people....if you're 232 or lower, IMO, stay there til we know if this is going to be a final build or not. But once we do get the word if this is going to be OTA, then the choice is tougher. FXZ to 905 and take the OTA? Or use the HoB to upgrade from 232 with no data loss? Tough one.

I've been around here enough to realize that you know what you are talking about, and not that your word is law.. if you say "stay and wait" that's what I'm gonna do. I'm just happy that I have a more usable data and smoother environment with. 232

I just think that people are better off having options than not. Can I get you to OTA if you jump on 242 if 242 ends up not being the OTA? "Probably". That's not a guarantee. Those on 232 have the safety of an FXZ to fall back on. Those on 235+ need to use some nifty tricks that the HoB can perform to install new leaks. It's riskier than staying put on 232 and waiting. Once it OTA's we can all jump in the same boat together and see if we sink.
