Hook, first two downloads in the OP (direct and mirror) are deodexed. Third is non-deodexed. I go with "non", for totally superstitious "keep-me-as-close-to-source-as possible" reasons!Could anyone explain the difference between Deodexed and non-deodexed? and why you would choose one over the other?

If you click on the first link (original) it says downloading deodexed. So I think they all are deodexed.
My understanding of it is when it is deodexed it makes it rooted and ready for custom rom installment. Beyond that, I don't know.
I do know that I think this word was recently invented because it keeps coming up on my spell check.

OK…I thought the third was deodexed and the others weren't. It's all a new word really, I've just seen it come up last week or two.
