Facebook Fix

Well i found a temporary fix for facebook not syncing but it requires installing facebook blur.

Step 1: download attachment

Step 2: Install attachment via recovery

Step 3: Open accounts and press the small facebook icon.

After that the contacts should sync. hopefully jrummy will fix this in the next build.

Weird bug I ran into just recently, not sure if it has been addressed, lots of pages to go through. Using Handcent SMS, using the stock keyboard, when holding the smiley button the smiley faces did not appear, then as i would type, no letters would show up, and then finally the keyboard didn't show up, but when i would press the input area, i would be hitting the letters that would be there. After powering down and restarting it fixed it.

does anyone know how to get the blur app drawer back? In the .573 leak, I could long press the app launcher icon and in the pop up menu there would be an option call "app groups". Anybody have the blur apk or something for the drawer?

You'll need the home.apk for the Blur launcher shortcut you describe.

You should be able to pull it from the deodexed version of the leak, from the system/app folder. No promises that it will work, depending on what other Blur elements Jrummy has striped from Liberty.

what's wrong with the calendar?

the calendar widget doesnt work

3rd that, well my widgets work for teh calendar but I can't add an event. It opens the event screen and then closes as fast as it opens. I thought it was my launcherpro but when i went into apps and loaded the regular calandar it did the same thing.

I am still on v0.1 still, so maybe this has been fixed or maybe it is just me

I guess I spoke too soon, now that I see Gilly336 provided a quick fix, which worked for my problem... Thanks
