Liberty ROM - v. 2.0

I can't get any of the add ons to install nor the roms. They download but fail when trying to install

Bootstrap recovery
Go to toolbox/ rom manager

I didn't see if there was ever an answer to one person's question about if there's a "no clock no throttle" mod for this one yet? Or if 1.5's would work?

Yes, the no clock / no throttle from 1.5 will work just fine! :blackdroid:

Installed for 2 days now. No issues whatsoever. Running the Red HC theme right now and loving it. Battery life is excellent so far. Unplugged for 7 hours 50 min so far, still at 90% battery, kinda light use today tho, but still!

Good news indeed Just donated, had to wait a couple days, but glad to send it yalls way. 2.0 is flying and I have it themed with unity atm. Reverted back from GB to check it out.

mms issues

The only issue i am having is when i try to receive a mms message from my email, it use to work but now i cant get them, unless its an issue with Verizon.
I'm using the Droid X .

so is liberty 2.0 done or is it in testing right now?

cause if it is out it doesnt make sense calling it a donation when people have to pay to use it and just not releasing it till later for free.. Unless my concept of donation is different.

not hating just wondering cause id pay to use liberty anyday.

Your donating to the devs for their work basically. By doing so your rewarded with liberty 2.0 before the general public is able to get it for free. The one that comes with the donate tool box is sort of a test but is preety polished. Once the devs sort done issues out it will be released to the public.

It's just 5 bucks, that is nothing. I figured I have used previous releases that I liked and I know it takes a ton of hours to do this for all of us who like to run on Liberty. I am just happy to donate and make it all worth it for the guys/gals who bring us awesome custom ROMs.

these guys appreciate it when they are appreciated by users. they don't care to sell their product, and since they give it away for free, the only way they can give to their donators is by allowing them pre-release access.

if it bothers you so much, move right along dude. for example, I didn't donate, I'm not getting it (yet), but I'm not sitting here complaining about their donation/release thing.

I think ur missing the point.. Like i said i dont care about how they setup the way they want to release there "product". There just misrepresenting the meaning of a donation..
