just tried ADW and Go launcher. sticked to the last one, with Mavrom ICS theme, magic locker for unlock sequence. nice one applied the 1% zip for battery and woks fine. although the 1st time you start it, lags a little bit.
how and where did you get the zip file for the 1% battery increment? i'm using maverick 3.5 with ics theme, but can't find the options to change my battery icon to show increments. help?
switching over to v3.5 from 3.0 do. i need to go back to stock, clear all recovery saves and then flash 3.5? or can you flash over 3.0? also which caches do i need to clear after i flash the ROM? i can never remember that.

no, you do not have to go back to stock.
no, you don't have to clear recovery backups
Before flashing 3.5 you should mount storage/format system
Before/After flashing 3.5 you should wipe data/factory reset & wipe cache (can be done at either time)
Just an update for you all. We are currently building our own rom from AOKP/CM9 ICS source. We are evaluating it and if we are happy with it we will be moving forward with a maverick ICS release.
