[ROM] Maverick ROM v3.5 for Droid 3

Maybe useful for others: I just tried adding all the stuff I usually have to do before installing the .zip. I just added build.prop (with gsm change) apns.conf (with my 3g). Motofmradio.apk, messaging.apk, univeralinbox.apk etc all to the zip..and it flashed no problems and everything works right out of the box :biggrin:. Saves me a lot of time.

Yes. Before I had to edit the line with root browser and reboot. Now I just paste it in the zip before flashing

Since Google updated Market to Play Store, the link in to the "market" is not available anymore in the Blur Launcher.
Suggestion for the next release is to link it to [newname].apk

Just open mavrom3.5.zip with winrar, doubleclick the build.prop, edit it with wordpad (etc.), save it, and it will automatically merge. Or just extract build.prop and then re-insert it

i did that, but now it appears like the stock icon. Updated the theme..but the icon looks like stock, and different from the theme icons. Glad it works, and i hope thet this fix will be completely included in the next mavrom releases...

the market icon, in the upper right corner will not function anymore...so Moto will have to make an update? and perhaps this will be included in the next MavRom also.

Are you sure you didnt just get the updated market? go into to your app drawer and look for "Play Store" that is the new market

Battery didn't seem like it was as good as 3.0, so i wiped and reflashed and now battery life is great! Thanks for the awesome rom guys.
