Were you using wifi or cellular if cellular I want to be on your tower my speeds are pathetic

Strictly tower. But now that I look closer at that download speed, I think the test must have had an error. I blame it on the fact that its a BlackBerry, lol. I'd edit my post if I could....

Ok, i run speed test on my iphone about once a month to see how the network congestion/speed is. Since late august my speed has been about 2mbps DL and 0.025 UL. Thats not bad for where i live. What are yall's regular DL speeds on verizons network? And i mean in like a place where you get a good/full signal. I'm wondering if i should wait, because if big red's network is slower that at&t's I can just wait till my etf is up in july and switch then, where LTE is in full swing.

Any thoughts on that?

Looks like 3G coming Nov 23rdish and LTE version unveiling at CES January. The next few weeks should be pretty exciting.

Now what about the Droid per month thing? With the Pro and Droid 2 WE coming Nov 11th, the Dinc HD coming Nov 23rd, what Droid is coming in December??

Yep... can't wait... only 16 more days.

I thought the 4G LTE version of the DI HD was going to be in stores March 2011, or is it just being unveiled at CES and then in stores March 2011?

I think the T2 might be coming in December... ya never know.

I'm sure it will be shown at CES and available in March '11. I think Google will be on stage with Verizon's CEO during the keynote speech.

My contact at VZ originally thought they were announcing the iphone at CES but with Google suppose to be there, Im sure thats not the case.

My phone is incapable of having any data transfer. You all should be glad you have a phone that does anything more than Dial.

This is a really good question. I was surprised that it took HTC six months to get a charging dock out for the EVO4G.

One thing I do like about my Blackberry Storm is the charging dock. I have multiple docs - one in the office and one on my nightstand that I use for an alarm clock. Hopefully HTC has some nice accessories for this phone...and they are available at launch or soon after.

I don't think anybody knows what it is for sure yet, let alone pre order. Big thread, I could have missed it.

I can't wait to get rid of my blackberry for verizon. I just noticed the other day the target by me sells verizon now, the guy there said nobody really knows they are there so I might go there for this dinc hd if it comes out because the verizon store by me has a usual hour wait and targets prices look the same as vzw corp store.

yeah, but remember the dinc hd will likely only go to corporate stores in the first place dude. Remember the Droid X? It was a week or two before the rest of the stores got those phones, as corporate stores always get first round action on new high profile devices.
