i would suspect a 1.2 GHZ processor cuz the droid 2 world edition is said to have one i dont thinks htc will be outdone in the GHZ department if the D2 roumer has been confirmed i havnt been following it

I dont know. The 4g HTC G2 for T-mobile is clocked at 800 MHz. Even though we were told not to be fooled by those numbers.... But i also hope it's clocked at 1.2 GHz. I wouldn't mind having a faster phone than my wifes dx ;)

So this may have been posted already and I know some specs already have been posted but I found a supposed spec sheet of the Incredible HD online.

It's supposed to be running Android 2.2
Have a 1 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8650
SLCD with 480x800 resolution
Accepts Micro SD
Micro USB 2.0 port
Bluetooth 2.1
wireles b/g/n
8mp camera
macro mode
1.3mp front facing camera
oh and it's a 3G phone.

Just to let you know, some of these specs are incorrect and do not match up to what we were told from the VZW rep.

I never said they were correct. I said these are the supposed specs but I never said they were correct. I've already stated I found an error with just the processor alone.

It's not that far off. Just sayin'

Just curious, how much does: SLCD with 480x800 resolution compare with the DROID (Original)?

Not sure if these are the DINC HD specs, but I believe that is on the Desire HD. And I know they are similar...

I should have joined that chat last night . . . still sometimes its better not knowing and waiting a few weeks and having a nice big surprise. Still Merge vs Dinc HD for me, I liked the larger screen (DX) for typing and for GPS so I may go the Dinc HD route. I'm off next week so I won't be able to keep up with this and hopefully when I return the launch will literally be around the corner.

I think most of us have a pretty good handle on the specs now. An official, set-in-stone release date and some pic's, I suppose, are all that's left to satisfy the insane curiosity.

I used to live there and will be there this weekend irl
