And Verizon currently has the DINC for $149.99 - which is cheaper than its original $199.99.

We all found out about this phone from BGR.com first. and im sure we will find out more from them before anyone else. i mean, it only makes sence. not being negetive or anything.

I am out of contract so can cancel verizon or upgrade to a new line. I am starting to lean towards just switching to AT&T and getting the iPhone or Sprint and getting an EVO. I really like the Inc HD rumor and will wait until Monday to make a decision. I really liked the EVO when I tried one out in the Sprint store......

I actually also found someone that wants to trade their Droid X for my Incredible....Maybe if I do that it will give me something new long enough to get my mind of the Inc HD.....

We all found out about this phone from BGR.com first. and im sure we will find out more from them before anyone else. i mean, it only makes sence. not being negetive or anything.

Don't be surprised to see BGR link to this website when it finally breaks cover. I strongly suspect that Miami's silence is to honor a NDA in exchange for exclusive first look at the phone. I think all the anticipation will be worth it when it finally breaks cover - hopefully next week!

I can understand wanting an IPhone (not really), but I don't know why anyone would want to go to AT&T from Verizon. You might get good service where you are, but overall AT&T's cell service stinks.

Any chances the hype/build-up/mystery around all this is because the INC HD is going to be LTE?

I mean, so the rumors of VZW upping staffing at call centers and number porting apparently aren't for the IPhone (if those rumors are even true)...Sales reps giggling and zipping their lips...VZW hinting at an "iconic" device.

So, hey, let me just throw out there that the INC HD is going to be LTE. I know, I know - no LTE until May, or perhaps early Q1...or perhaps in time for the holidays? If this device is LTE, then there WILL be a crushing demand and all these other rumors/speculation start to make sense.

You are 100% correct I did not mean that I do not want an iPhone or AT&T. I am just being a big baby now and want my HTC Droid Incredible HD!!!

Ok, I just called Verizon and spoke to a nice lady. I asked her about this phone and of course, she has not heard anything about it. But she did give me a model number for a HTC phone that is supposed to come out around the 23rd. it's ADR63005LCD. Now I’m not sure if that’s the current model number for the Original droid incr. She kind of seemed clueless about it. Our best bet is if you have an original dinc please check and see if your model # is either the same or different that way we know. Oh and remember, htc improved the dinc screen. So this could also just be its newest model number. Thanks.

i thought they down graded from the same screen the Galaxy S has to SLCD? which is better?

The original DINC had a standard AMOLED screen, not Super AMOLED like the Galaxy S phones have. The standard AMOLED is not that great in sunlight, which the SLCD screens are better. The Super AMOLED screens have better visibility in sunlight and higher contrast than LCD or standard LCD, althought they still suffer some from the pentile matrix display, which is another can of worms.

No one gave a solid date on anything. You'll hear of the device more very soon. Give Miami is time and space. Its not a simple as coming out and posting a picture for everyone to see and then when it gets blown up, which it will, there will be some issues. Go take a look at some videos on the Desire HD if you're eager about this device.

dont get your panties in a bunch unless you read if from Miami's post nothing is in stone its all speculation..

Miami said this weekend will be a good one and hasnt said anything about it since so lets just leave it at that until monday.
