It seems like they are following the same delayed schedule as in the recent RAZR soak test. The soak didn't start right after Motorola invited testers.

Wow, I hope its not like the x2 soak test. That took over a month to happen after the invite. I wonder how that went??

It maybe the delay is because the soak team can only handle one soak at a time. They rolled a X2 and Droid 3 soak last week. If it went well then maybe the Bionic soak will start this week.
