New Unlimited Plan from Big Red?

has anyone tried signing up for this yet cause I called them to see if it was available and they had no clue what I was talking about

Im pretty sure everyone who has posted has signed up or at least tried, there are 100+ ppl stating they were successful, including myself. Call back and try again.
 
Not true I tried to many times they didn't know what I was talking about, some even ask me for an email request then I gave up.

you cant call the regular VZW number, you have to call the number on the flier, it rings to a different call center that has employees specifically allowed to offer this.
 
At first I called *611, but then I looked up the thread again, called that # and they told me it is only being offered to select customers that received a mailing or a txt message offering this deal .....wwhhhhaaaaahhhhhhh :(
 
Yeap that's truth, they told me that as well like million times, they also said that the information posted on those web pages wasn't true...well probably next time :(

call the number on the flier again, and just say you had some questions about an email that you got regarding an unlimited data/text plan.

Ask them some mundane question about friends and family or something, then say, alright lets sign me up.

Sometimes you have to fib a little to get what you want.
 
So this morning I called in and spoke to a rep who was beyond helpful. She looked at my account and saw that I was using more than 450 minutes. So...she told me of a 900 minute plan for $79.99 with the unl txt, unl data, m2m and unl nights and weekends. I'm amped that I am now saving over $50 bucks a month. I even went online to view my plan and sure enough it was there. When I told the rep I ad received an email/saw the offer she didn't even ask for verification. Niiiiiiiice.

No good for me this morning. Thought I was getting somewhere on the Chat support, then came up empty.
I will try again later.
 
Took me three days but it finally worked for me..I ended up talking to a local rep. after being denied by the number on the original post.

Thanks, now I'm saving about $40 on my plan for two lines.

Woo hoo! Thanks everyone for getting the details of this offer out, I had been considering getting a data plan for some time, but with 4 lines on a family plan it was going to be too expensive. Not now!, all lines signed up, only a few dollars more than I was paying for no data.

I called the phone number on the first post and just told the representative that I had seen the email. When she said she would have to verify that the email had been sent to me as it was only offered to a limited group of people I explained that it hadn't been sent to me directly from Verizon but I had seen the offer for unlimited data. She was very nice and went on to add it to my account.

Now I'm off to get a decent phone (wish that Incredible HD hadn't been pushed back)!
