Yeah there was an older one before all the Feb dates passed then someone opened this thread with March dates.

POTD as far as I'm concerned.
At this point anything is possible........ now probable is another story. I have a strong feeling that we will not see this phone for quite some time. There is obviously some issues with it that is holding up the release.
It's just maddening.. the HTC CEO says they are shipping.. BMX says they are a go.. VZW insider sources are saying it was supposed to be announced on 3/1 and 3/3 and no one knows why not.. I understand these were all just effectively unofficial tweets, but my concern is less with being impatient and more with how could the phone have gotten this far (if the above reports have any truth) if there are issues serious enough to cause a delay (internal and unannounced delay that it may be).
Sigh.

Yeah, actually that is 100 percent true. However, you can choose to spend the $50 on anything in the store. Personally, I'm never lacking in the urge to buy something at Best Buy :biggrin:BB has taken a lot of the heat for this and while I think they have to own some of this, I do not think that it is entirely fair. BB has had my $50 dollars for weeks now and that has to be a direct result of info straight from Big Red's mouth.
BestBuy guaranteed themselves $50 of your business in exchange for a courtesy call.

I actually think VZW deserves 0 blame. They can either A. release the phone with errors and have to eat the cost of exchanges or B. do what they're doing
BB is the company you guys who preordered should be pissed at, they have been gaining interest on everyone who preordered's $50. If only 20,000 preordered, that's 1 million dollars they are earning interest on without doing ANYTHING. And since they were off by so much, they are gaining that interest for more than a month! Instead of just 2 weeks...
I honestly think BB snookered everyone so they could put that money in the bank and make 62.50 off of every 50 they've received via preorder..

Unless the phone is ready to come out and VZW is just sitting on it like alot of sources are saying. To be honest the only person I fully believe is BMX, he said the phone is ready to go so in my eyes I completely point the finger at VZW because either A) once again, they are sitting on the phone or B) there is a defect in the phone. Either way, I think they should relay some of that info to the eager fans waiting. Do they have to??? No, of course not but I work for a very big company and I know they always want to info the customer about every little nook and cranny change possible. I personally feel like if there was a problem with the phone VZW should of let us know, period. I personally blame VZW. Not saying Im right or wrong but thats my opinion
Dont care when it comes anymore. I'll have plently of fun with my new iPad next week. And that date IS confirmed!!!!!

Here is what I find ironic....... By all insider accounts the TB was suppose to release (rumor) the 14th, then gets pulled.... why????? Because Apple released on the 10th (if you follow BMX you know that he stated that was part of the reason for the delay). So then VZW starts working on two week increments. 2/10 iPhone releases.........2/24 Xoom releases.............. 3/10 should be the release of the TB BUT WAIT....... Apple releases the iPad 2 on 3/11. Anyone seeing a possible reason for the delay and VZW's silence???? I think (and no I have no inside info, just my gut) Apple is again partially behind this delay. If the two week theory works MAYBE we are looking at the 24th.......
Just my two cents worth..... take them as you wish.

Lol everybody is having a virtual temper tantrum on there. Its great! If we cant have the phone, we can constantly remind them that there are people who want it... and badly. :icon_ banana:
