I have also come to the conclusion that CS is completely in the dark. I talked with one woman last week who was extremely nice and even checked with her manager to make sure she was relaying accurate info. As far as she was concerned, it was accurate. The problem lies somewhere else. Verizon is simply not giving their CS reps any real information.
they are just peeons really to be honest... all they do is read scripts and listen to management. No offense to anyone they are doing their best I am sure but us calling over and over is going to do nothing for this. Bottom line Verizon really screwed this up.. bad. But what are we going to do about it?
Nothing... because we know that we like the network, and the phones (obviously) so all we can do is sit back and make empty threats. I am just as pissed as the next guy ordered on the 5th and seeing all these people who ordered long after me getting their phones, but Verizon knows that we are all just cattle and they are just herding us in.
Sorry I am pissy but someone needs to really say how it is.
