ordered a DINC and a DX both in store..DINC was shipped next day and received 2 days later...still no confirmed shipment and no accessory was ordered with phones. I live in CT if that matters

Now when i check on the order status online it comes up on a blank page saying "Here is the status of your order"

i was suppose to recieve my phone today but then i get a call from fedex saying that verizon gave them the wrong address. i wont get my phone till tomorrow. i know how u feel the wait is killing me too..

ordered through a supervisor on phone on 8/23 and still nothing, being told that it's on backorder until 9/7 every time I call. Being shipped to NY state if that matters, guess I wasn't as lucky as others who ordered on 8/23...

Called Verizon 8/25 because the X I received the day before was defective. They ordered me a new one, not a refurb.

Received shipping notification today, will be delivered tomorrow. This time it weighs 2 lbs, last time it was 1 lb. I wonder why the difference?

alright, those that have gotten theirs, did you get any form of update before the email saying it shipped? Ordered mine on the 26th and was told delivery date would be 9/6 (labor day? really?) from the VZW rep. But since then nothing, has been sent as any form of status update and online it still says my line is eligible for NE2. Is this normal?

I don't have the patience for this waiting crap, I WANT IT NOW dancedroid

call CS and make sure they have you order. There have been a few people posting that it did not go through as it should have.

Ordered 2 X's yesterday on VZW website. Ship date says 9/16. All local retail outlets (Best Buy etc.) have none in stock either.

It's well worth the wait. I updated to 2.2FRG as my WiFi was old and not supported and when I did this phone is just amazing. Did a Quadrant score and it was the top phone on the list with a score of 1417
