Now this is really bad sprint has the update but verizon don't and they were the first to get the galaxy nexus and I can't say the last to get the update because they have not got it yet can somebody tell me what the hell is going on

Stock users would be lucky to get the JB update at this point. Verizon has handled this with nothing but neglect.

I have officially heard that you have to root this piece of crap to get it to do what it should do right of the box, oh and I have officially learned that Verizon now officially blows !

They have officially screwed this phone from start to end.

Seems that the ota is now out, but this is a nexus! Unlock the bootloader and root it and flash roms!!! I've been having jelly bean since June! I've learned since i've had my droid 2 global that vzw pretty much neglects its phones and takes waaaaaaaay too damn long with updates.

But hey it could be worse. There are phones that are just bearly getting ics, which is what we came stock with almost a year ago.
