[Odin] Full EB01 Froyo leak, packaged ROMs w/root and new clockwork **UPDATED**2/11

Just a couple quick issues...

My battery life seems to be worse after updating to 2.9 and my texts are apparently(occasionally) being delivered in non-legible #'s and symbols... anyone else having these issues? also, my GPS still isn't as "fixed" as Froyo has been saying it was going to be...just a couple things I'd noticed...

otherwise, I love it!! Thanks for everyone's hard work on getting this to us

Hey All,
I just flashed the SuperClean 2.9 to my Fascinate, and it looks good so far, but I feel I have a bit of a learning curve with it. I haven't noticed too much of a difference with the way the phone runs, but, like I said, learning curve. Any pointers for my noobieness on how to get it running a little faster/ better?

A couple other things:
With Titanium Backup, it reloaded most of my apps, but pretty much the apps that were originally loaded on the phone weren't. Now, I don't mind the bloatware not being on there anymore, but I was hoping to keep Thinkfree office and the a couple of the clock options. Any way I could salvage those?

Finally, How do you adjust the home screen on SC 2.9? I'd like to reorder and add/delete screens, but can't figure out how to do it. Otherwise, any good leads on a good homescreen/ theme to use?

Thanks for any help.

There's a patch for think free office but you need eb16 kernel.

And for the home screen just get a launcher from the market.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly how they're written. Reboot computer and try again different usb port.

Is sc 2.9 supposed to have better battery life than debloated froyo?

run them both and do a comparison....I run SC and have excellent battery life when im not constantly flashing stuff lol

i currently have Froyo 2.6.32.9 (2.6) on my phone. Can I go up to 2.9 without problems, or do I need to do an incremental? Do I just use Odin to do so? Thanks in advance for the help.

Boot to recovery and flash the 2.9.2. Rom just clear cache and dalvik cache.

Thank you.

Thank you for the very quick response. One last question if you will. How do I clear these cache's out? Just use a cache cleaner of some sort, or does Odin do this?

Great work on this! I am impressed and its great to see froyo finally. The only issue im having is unexpected restarts. I have noticed a few since I odin flashed this last night. The only one I can replicate is when I have my text messaging window open (with any given person) and hit the power button. Instead of locking it restarts on its own.

I still have to give respect on a great job here but im still curious if there's any suggestions on fixing the problem im having. Thanks in advance
