"Official" Beautiful Widgets Skinning Thread

That is excellent dude. I wanted to comment last night but was so tired that I forgot. I installed that on my Droid already. I am sure it will end up as an official in the next update.

Don't need to wait for an update for skins to be added. Since it is getting the "included" skins from a server Tama just has to add the skin there and voila, it is there next time you load the skins list from the server! :icon_ banana:

Oh, I know. I was just saying that skin is so well done that I imagine it will be added to the official list in a future update.

Yes, that is for those other phones with little screens

Looks like someone beat me with another Carbon FIber skin name, I think I have to re-name mine now any good recommendations for a carbon fiber like name?

I was thinking, Just "carbon" or "C4RBON FIB3R" lol 928 suggested "carbon dreams" anyone else?

This is unbelieveable. Just checked and there are so many skins available now. So many skins so little home space. Now just need the ability to automatically cycle through them throught the day. lol

I updated my skin "42" to take advantage of the AM/PM skin function now. Here's what it looks like:

Also, I know it covers up part of the far digit. I couldn't really place the dot, and it only happens when the hour is 10, 11, or 12, and then it only covers up the inactive cells. If you have it in 24-hour mode, the dot doesn't show up, so it shouldn't make the 2 look like it has a pimple.

I LOVE this skin, it happened to match one of my wallpapers EXACTLY, see below. Too bad your going to teh apple side...

Don't worry. I'm not going over to the apple side. Aside from my MPB, I'm perfectly happy in the Android garden.

BW was the first app that I paid for, and now I am loving it even more!

I haven't taken the time to look at the "skin development kit" posted on the first page (so this may be much easier than I made it), however, I was able to move around some of the files using ASTRO to create a very clean looking skin. I loved the look of the Obsidian font, but I wanted to get rid of the transparent box behind it. Using ASTRO, I deleted all of the number images from the naked skin, and replaced them with the number images from Obsidian. I created a new BW with the naked skin, and success, the numbers were all in the Obsidian font.

Sorry for not having any images, but just imagine either Obsidian with no box, or Naked with the Obsidian font for the time.

I really like this... but i dont know if i like the way the font is 2 different colors. I think just plan white or some other type of shading pattern would be better.
