I recommend doing a factory reset if you are having issues with it.

I would like to know if there is a way to reverse the update to 2.2? I have way too many problems with it and want to go back to the original version.
I downloaded and installed official 2.2 froyo now how do i get flash to work ?
I have been having multiple issues since updating (manually) to froyo. I had issues with wi-fi,pandora,weather bug, slow screens , ect..... so last night I took my droid back to 2.01stock. I had 2.1 on my sd card ready to update when I noticed that 2.2 was already halfway downloaded(47.6 mb file). I let it go through on its own and what a difference.
I don't know if its because I skipped 2.1 all together or if its because I let the ota go through but MY phone works so much better. If any of you are still having issues, its worth a try.
I got the update through OTA on Thursday and my battery have been draining faster, too.since froyo update my battery has started dying very quickly never had problem before update
My friend and I both have Driod's and after the latest updates are having nothing but problems with the phones. Apps running all the time, when we had them turned off. Setting that we change up mysterious change themselves back. With all of this ends up killing our battery life.
Is anyone else having problem with this update? Do we know if Verizon will be doing another anytime soon??

-My second day running with no ATK and my Droid seems to consistently run quicker. I don't know yet if I'm getting the longer battery life I experienced using ATK to kill everything just before I put the phone into standby. My friend and I both have Driod's and after the latest updates are having nothing but problems with the phones. Get rid of the task killer that I know you're using and quit worrying about apps running in the background. This is not a blackberry and Droid knows how to manage it's memory just fine.
Ok, I think it would bs since 2.2, but truthfully I havent' accessed my music for a while. Today I find that when I try to play anything but albums purchased on the phone I get the message "sorry the player does not support this type of file." It used to!
