So unless more than a handful of people report getting the 22D OTA overnight i'm still not believing it is rolling. Only one person in 2 days!?! Just sayin...

Yup, and they told me it had a note in it that it was NOT for jaxson108's phone, so I guess the only option you have is to install manually.
Seriously, though, this rollout will be as random as the last. Don't hold your breath for it. If you're curious when you'll get it then I can tell you exactly when.
"Soon". Whether this will be soon in relative terms, absolute terms, or Verizon terms, we do not at present know. Even if you neighbor, girl/boyfriend, wife, husband, mother, father, sister, aunt, uncle, pastor, priest, rabbit, imam, best friend, neighbor, least-favorite-cousin, worst enemy, dog, cat, gerbil, hamster, or boss gets the update in ten seconds, you might be the last person in the nation to get the update. Chill or install it manually. It's not going to break your phone -- and if it does, take it to Verizon, and they'll fix/replace it.
If we're wrong about this (and, well, I'll be so surprised I'll need a forklift for my chin if we are), no harm no foul. The next update will come along and update your phone, manually or OTA, past this to the proper version. No harm, no foul, and for a while you'll have what has been nearly-universally declared to be a winning update.
