I did that many times but no luck. I don't think its a big deal for me. I'm in love with this release.

I use "appbackup" free from Market and Ive had no issue restoring apps w/any rom including MIUI. I recommend to wipe(data,cache,Sd ext, boot..etc) thru Clockwork and istall a fresh d/l copy from OP and you should be ok Trick. If not, your Droid has got a serious case of hatorade for MIUI

I've been using Miui from day one and the only problems I had was the same for everyone. So far RM is the only problem I have with this release. No Clue why. I took all the advices. I even did another clean install and installed all my apps from the market not TB. I tried clearing the data for RM. I tried uninstalling but no luck with Fc's. I also did a fix permission through RM. I guess Ill have to deal with it for now. Cuz I really love this release. I think its the fastest and smoothest release so far. dancedroid

This ROM is the slikest thus far for sure..I just wish "enable Scrollable Widgets" could be embeded in stock Launcher. That would be Xmas For me.Sorry your having issues w/RM:icon_eek:

I have a bad habit of adding apps in that aren't needed, so I tried not to stray too far from what Zen likes on this release. If there are apps you guys realy want in the next release put it in a request thread. If you post it in the main thread ill miss or forget them.

When I try to move it to /system/app it tells me that cant paste there because the file system is read-only...any ideas?

Tap "Mount R/W" button in upper right hand corner. /system/app defaults to read-only (r/o)

And it wont even let me log in after that..IDK

Okay, that sounds like it's the wrong username or password, you dont have a supported account or the app is broken. Now I'm assuming you have used this app on other MIUI builds?

Well i know i have the Right user name and password. This is my first MIUI Rom so i dont know, But i have used this account on other Rom's..So is there a way to delete the EMAIL. APK and then re-install it?

You have to do the manual setup. I have my yahoo email setup. Google Yahoo email android setup and you should find the right info.

EDIT: Go to manual setup > IMAP account and change to these settings....


Imap server - imap.mail.yahoo.com

SMTP Server- smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com

yea...i submitted one
mms videos are received as slide shows

5 or 6 pictures of the same thing shows up on one message, no audio
if i save it running save mms app..it saves one picture and a qcp audio file

sorry if this is not considered a bug

I don't know if its a bug or feature from MIUI but its still a valid concern in my book, ill look into it.

yeahp, me too but honestly, seeing as RM didnt even work at all in previous versions, its a big step forward being able to use it at all.
