There is a thread on it. I don't know if it's fully accurate or not but it says full changelog for 12.24

He just said he's going to upload a no wipe for bug fixes so that fix might be included so I wouldn't switch just yet.

In MIUI backup, if I back up the whole ROM does that mean it backs up the apps too?

I've never used it but I'm pretty sure it does. People talk about restoring their apps using the MIUI backup so I'm assuming it does.

Yea theres System, Apps, and ROM backup options. I'm not sure if I would restore the ROM backup after wipe and flashing 12.24.

system backup is like a cw recovery backup... do a apps backup and if any or all apps are missing u can just run a restore for the apps

dont use the miui system backup, because the backups will not restore with clockworkmod recovery, only use miui backup for apps.
