So far this rom seems to be super smooth and faster, last one with my live snow wallpaper was little laggy but now it seems smooth and fast

anyone with wifi connectivity issues on this new update? love this rom btw, so fresh and so clean! - :iphone::greendroid:

also market update? havent gotten into the market yet as i am tryin to mess w/ my connectivity issues....gonna try to wipe and install again!

not having connection issues but it turned on automatically when i rebooted...another reboot fixed it.
any ROM will run a little slower with a live wallpaper

What is the changelog for this?

Also, to Brian7, we've always backed up our apps, early releases of MIUI didn't restore market apps at all, that only started happening in the last release or two. It's also not a big deal, use Ti, or Astro, and back your stuff up. Why wouldn't you back up your apps?

As far as the gmail app goes, I had the same problem with updating it when it came out. But its pretty easy to delete the apk from system/app using Root Explorer, download the new one, and push it to system if that's what you want.

Don't get so hot and bothered, it's the internet.

miui backup works pretty well, first time i used it and no problems

Anyone else getting launcher FCs when trying to add a contact short cut? Came from 12.3.2 and wiped before flashing.

AFAIK, MIUI backup only works for backing up apps. Not system. Just FYI everyone.

Why would you want to back up the system? The whole idea of a new rom is to update the system. It does back up the system, though. I haven't tried to restore it from the backup. If I have to restore the system, I use a backup from Rom Manager.

i did a system backup with MIUI Backup and it backed everything up, i didnt restore however so i dont know if it works for the restore but it did work for the backup.

by the way, theres a new Glasklark HD theme at MIUI-dev and it is SEXXYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

I've been getting Launcher FCs left and right, I'm not sure I'm going to keep this version as 12.03 ran flawlessly for me and I still have some outstanding issues with 12.11, mostly minor. But yes, I have a few problems as well.

One thing though. The sms timestamp issue still hasn't been fixed. It isn't huge but it bothers me. When I was on 12.3.2 I had found a flash from an older version that fixed it. Anyone know where I can find that sms timestamp fix flash?
