I know this has probably been mentioned before but I haven't been keeping up with this thread like I usually do. But either way, I noticed the other day I was on my Internet Browser on my phone and a text came through. Miui brought up a quick edit box with the message so I could reply without even having to leave what I was going. That is def new for this update.

That's interesting because I have been using Miui for a good while and I have flashed every update and it has never done it before. I might have done something to get it to come up and not known it.

It's been there for 3, maybe 4 (maybe more, I can't even remember when it was implemented) versions/weeks now.
Edit: According to release notes, it was implemented in the 0.11.19 version, so just a day shy of 4 weeks.

hope they add a "enter to send" in that txt popup window. call me lazy but its annoying to type a message on my keyboard and then have to reach up to the screen to hit enter, lol.
BTW GREAT job on translating the rom and bringing it to the droid. im a lifelong cyanogenmod user and miui performs the exact same, but has epic battery life. lol.

You mean the inch and a half that our finger would have to travel; assuming your finger is at the bottom of the screen and not near the top of the virtual keyboard, is just to much for you to handle?

I have noticed with this update my battery life is WAY better. I had issues with the battery life before. It might just of been that I needed to calibrate my battery but whatever happened with this update my battery is great!!!
love this rom..probably one of the fastest versions. One problem though, my gmail is stuck on "installing". I can't cancel it or anything. What can I do? I'm thinking delete it from system/app and try to reinstall it but not sure if thats going to fix my problem with it stuck on "installing" in the market place.

the popup window has always been there, but now it works for launcher pro. its nice

This version is running smoother than any other version for me. I have great battery life and it's very smooth and snappy. I am running into one thing though:
I keep getting FB notifications in my status bar, even though all notifications are turned to off. Anybody else getting this?
