There's no sign that 3GTurbo was installed on the build.prop file.

I don't get it. I change the name by removing .txt, put it in the root of my ext sd, and loaded with run as root, and clicked run...

Have You Tried To Manually Inside Settings? After That Turn Off The Phone Pull The Card Out And Put It Back In.
