Post Your Weather Pictures

Getting nailed with snow again here in NH. They call this storm a bombogenesis. Don't know exactly what the means but it sounds intense. We have a storm that came from the south and it collided with a storm coming from the east. It's providing some pretty intense whiteouts and the snow is coming down about 2 inches per hour.

So far we have about 20 inches and they are expecting maybe another 4 or 5 inches before it's all said and done. After living in Va Beach for 6 years, it's been a long time since I have seen snow like this.

@ the princess: We eneded up with that .2" of ice and it wasn't even enough for a pic haha. Well about all I have used waders for is the occasional duck huntin. Hope y'all comeout on to with this one

@rebel: that is more snow than i have ever seen here in NC except for the occasional Appalachian mtn storm which can dump snow ammounts near that

Rebel your car looks like a bump that will slowly be covered haha. Hope you don't need to go anywhere.

Looks like the roads are a lil icy there kenny. Snow is about what half way up the car door?

The car is all clean, snow is finally tapering off. Got the driveway cleared and made some paths in the backyard for the dogs. Final tally was about 25 inches. For me there is no such thing as a snow day. But its nice to be able to finally rest.

I know that took some work especially if you don't have a snow blower. That's a lot of snow to move with or without a snow blower. I gotta take a snow every once in a while cause we hardly ever get snow around Eastern NC. Gotta enjoy it when we can

I live on the Gulf Coast and it rarely ever gets below freezing here. Well, when it does, I like to let the hose run all night so my kids can see what it looks like the next morning. I usually do this on the weekends so they can go play with it. I work outside and watch the weather to know how many clothes to pile on. When the weatherman said it will be freezing in the morning my daughter said, "Can we make an ice castle?" These picture are a year old. The temp. was in the teens for 2 days. So I tied the hose to our club house and this is what happened.

This was after the first night.

I have some picture of hurricanes and some of Katrina's aftermath. I'll post them later.

That's what's up CJ. I bet your kids love you as a dad. Looks like they got a pretty good ice castle there. Hope y'all made it throgh Kat ok and didn't get any major damage
