[Release]D1-MIUI-0.11.26.0

Stable? I've been running 11.26 on my Droid since 10 AM yesterday and it's as stable as anything I've tried. No force closes, everything on it works perfectly. I don't understand how so many people are having trouble with it. It has to be the way people are installing it. Maybe I'm just lucky? lol

I tried this ROM after waiting out a few iterations. It has gotten MUCH better. Yes, I have had some FC's as well with this version.

I wiped and did a clean install too.

Not perfect...yet...but almost there. :)

I will come back to it once it is.

You know Mark, it's probably the old "Some Roms work on some phones, and some don't" deal...UD and Cyanogen never liked my phone, but for some reason it likes MIUI. I'm glad it does. : )

I do think there is a little break in period as well. I've had on more than one occasion that a program will fc the first time or a couple...then it seems like it finds it's way and gets happy. I'll usually throw in a fix permissions routine if I change some things around too.

This rom is perfect
Notifications work, suggestions work, themes work, restored apps worked

I had to add some files missing like latinimegoogle.apk and the tts folder and other files I don't remember but its perfect. I did wipe factory and cache. Using stock kernel.

Man I spend a day away and alot has went down, 11-26 causes a boot loop on my phone. What are the differences between 11-19v3 and 11-26?

11.26.0 is the first Milestone port. Also there were improvements to the music player and hardware acceleration that smoothed out the animations.:)

Sorry about the boot loops. you didn't change the kernel did you?

I am dying to try this new ROM, but I think I'll stick with 11.19 until the notifications stuff gets fixed. It would seriously bug me not to be able to customize my ringtones, email/txt notification sounds, and LED notifications. That's just too integral for how I use my phone.

backing up and gonna give it a shot today. As for the ringtones...and notifications...Im sure both will be working with the use of apps from the market. As for ringtones...I would think that it could be changed using something like zedge and ringdroid.

When I dl zedge for a ringtone, I find one...save it using zedge...then open it with ringdroid...play it back...save it with ringdroid....then go back and delete zedge and ringdroid apps leaving behind only the ringtone I just made. I started doing this because of weird issue with zedge ringtones not working when assigned to a contact after a while. Dont know what happened they just stopped working altogether and I was missing calls.

Wierd. A couple others had similar problems. You could try a new download, maybe corrupt. Good luck.

Sorry if this comes across is a stupid question, but is it safe to install this over 11.19 without wiping? I'm tired of wiping and restoring data over and over again, especially since it's only been a few days since 11.19.

Okay so you placed the 0.11.26.0 on the root of your sd. Wiped data and cache (once is enough), installed it, reboot and got boot loops? What was your exact process?
