[Release]D1-MIUI-0.11.26.0

11.26.0 is the first Milestone port. Also there were improvements to the music player and hardware acceleration that smoothed out the animations.:)

Sorry about the boot loops. you didn't change the kernel did you?

No I didn't change anything I downloaded it wiped 3x and installed and it boot loops

Wierd. A couple others had similar problems. You could try a new download, maybe corrupt. Good luck.

Guys try it this way. Everything works perfectly for me. Wipe data/factory reset, then wipe cache. Then in partitions format boot and format system. I seriously have zero problems with the 11.26 bulid after flashing it this way.

Sorry if this comes across is a stupid question, but is it safe to install this over 11.19 without wiping? I'm tired of wiping and restoring data over and over again, especially since it's only been a few days since 11.19.

you should wipe unless Jamezelle or I says it isnt necessary.

For Everyone:

Basically between weekly updates you should wipe. If the build number changes from say 11.19 to 11.26 you should wipe. If it changes from V1.2 to V1.3 it probably isn't a necessity unless we (Jamezelle, metiCkOne or Zeulator) say so.

Thanks M1!

I found a temp fix for the ringtone issue on xda from 123schiff:

"To resolve and change the ring tone... all you got to do is..

1. Open the ringtone file in the music player
2. Set song as ringtone from music player and it works fine.

Tried it and it worked.."

I tried it and it saved the ringtone...haven't rebooted yet.

Does not wiping between weekly releases not have any negative consequences?

...I thought it might come in handy for you in trying to find a fix...;)

Maybe, maybe not. There are too many files at play here to know for sure. You can always make a nandroid and try a no wipe flash. If it doesnt work than try again after a wipe.

If you dont wipe, dont report issues.

may get flamed for this, but i've never experienced a rom that updates as much as this.
This is a GREAT thing...thank you so much for the awesome updates...

that being said, how do you guys deal with your homescreens? Do you rearrange them with each wipe/install? Or is there a slick way to back them up I'm missing?

Once again not complaining as this is my favorite rom by far nowadays....just saying it's a little tedious rearranging each time

I have had luck backing up and restoring the launcher's data with tibackup. It saves the launcher layout.

Do not blame me for any force closes that this may cause. ALways have a backup.

So what's wrong with the keyboard I posted, the user dictionary is not working?

Ya there's isn't any "highlighted" word choices and auto corrections ....
At least that's what I noticed

That's really weird. All I did was change pngs lol. Okay well it looks like the one Zero posted works so just use that one.

Alas, this is why I'm not a themer. lol

There is a setting for user dictionary...and it's empty.
SMS seems to have it's helper though...

It would be nice to be able to choose keyboards through the settings. It looks like it should be able to have a choice.

Anyone know where the trackball settings went? LED Notifications anyone?

you can change the settings for each app in its own settings.

but there is not missed call notification LED.

I wish there was...the performance difference in transitions and animations between the two new builds is worth using the new build, but I dont want to have to pick up my phone and turn it just to see if I missed a call. MMS notifications work great.

I flashed it...played...and ended up restoring my 11.19 because I spent so much time setting it up, I didnt want to download and set everything up again.
