With Hashcodes modified CWM Recovery you can get into recovery from a power off state.
1. Have phone off
2. Hold power button + "M" button
3. Select BP Tools
4. Recovery
5. The End
I was in bootloop yesterday and i could not get into recovery I had to sfb my phone. I did the m + power on then bp tools but when back to the boot loop. I just installed the bootstrapp that was on this thread it seems to be different then the one I had wich was also bootstrapp.

I had a very similar experience with Hascodes version. I went with Koushik and all is well. I wonder if hashcode doesn't have a newer version though. There's another thread in which they seem to be using it for this ROM in th D3.

Two minor bugs i have with this rom. Well one this isnt a biggie, but word fued notifications dont work anymore, and the second one, for call settings i have the caller id then ring selected and now eveytime i receive a call it says verizon wireless instead of the persons name
My battery has been pretty much the same as before. Off the charger at 9am (sometimes it shows 100% sometimes 99%)
Then back on the charger by 1am where the phone is right around 70% charge.

When I downloaded the bootstrapp app from the link above it. Seems to be the one we need he talks about it being tweaked so it will work for getting into recovery when boot looping. Just don't want to find out if it works or not. Even when you open it up it says " tweaked" at the bottom
