I am running SDv2.0 and I don't see a major drain in my battery, if anything its actually better, I have all data fetch set to every 30min (fb/mail/ect) and on a lighter use day I can easily get through a 15hr day no charger

I just finished a cycle of 1 day with mine and 2.0 I do have the extended battery though and that's with gps too some of the time. Im currently at 83% and 5 hours used.

It allows you to fully close the current App your using by holding the back button. So they don't continuously run in the background.

for any of you who are as stupid as I am, do NOT do this:

Because of the unmatching black status bar and blue notification panel in SD3v2.0 (btw great work Chevy), i decided to take matters into my own hands. I pulled "framework-res.apk" from MonsterRom 1.1h and replaced the one in SD3v2.0. Everything started spazzing and it went down hill from there... I went into bootloop and am currently doing a restore. thank god for nandroid.

My battery life has been superb on this rom. I do have the extended battery, but it would normally die from sitting in my pocket all day with very little to no use. This weekend, I use my phone very heavily and the battery seems to he doing great. Lots of use today and I'm still at 28%. Thanks Chevy! Can't wait for the next release! Hope the theme is consistent with this next release. Not that everything that's been done so far isn't better than the awful blur.

My battery life has been fine. I'm not sure what everyone is talking about. I guess you notice it more since it is shown in 1% increments.
