Yeah your safe to flash it, just do a wipe and all 1st.

PS: You can't SBF back to 890 if your on 906

Well, that depends on HOW he got to 906. If he took the official OTA update, then no, he cant get back to 890. But if he flashed a "SAFE" 906 stock ROM, then he should still be in good shape to SBF back to 890 if he wants.

I got official ota update to 906. I couldn't wait last night so I did a safestrap, then enabled safemode, then installed the rom and wipe cache and everything still works.
now I'm running SD 5.5 - flashed it the same way.

I have started work on the v4.7 update again. I have a million things on my plate right now, and almost zero time to do them in. It will happen, just be patient. This version wont be themed, but at least it will get everyone up to date! I will try to keep everyone posted on my progress.

Can someone please explain to me, in a bit of detail, how to install the Backup Assistant zip so that I can continue to use the Verizon feature that I rely on a lot.

I have this ROM installed and have the Safestrap v1.08.
