Report your ICS on Razr experience here.

Has anyone noticed significant lag times (data usage such as browsing, play store, etc.) today in general or after installing Apex?
I've even powered down/restarted
my phone to see if that helped.

Of note, I'm in a constant 4g area & have a Maxx.

Only thing that I have found that I HATE, is the vibrate when unlock. Anyone found a way to turn that off?

Not that I've found. I found a way to do a simulated battery pull/soft boot without taking a screen shot.... push the volume down before you press the power button.

It works on mine anyway. Ymmv

DROID RAZR MAXXIMIZED!!!! PREPARE TO BE VANQUISHED!!!

Yeah saw that, awesome indeed. I need that vibrate to go away though, disabling lock all together for now.

Check out the absolutely amazing WidgetLocker app. It will give you full control over your lockscreen. It was the first to allow the launching of apps from the lockscreen, and now pretty much every manufacturer has included some measure of it in their lockscreen. WidgetLocker is one of the few apps I wouldn't want to go without.

I will check that out. I usually use GoLocker but I was trying to give the stock one a shot.

It's pretty much the same thing as GoLocker. WidgetLocker was just the first one on the block. I purchased it back when it was first released, and I haven't looked back.

I have to admit, I was happy with ICS at first, but now, almost a week later, not so much. I'm dropping 4g more than before, AND when I switch to 3g only, I'm STILL dropping data.

Good GOD why didn't I see that?? Thanks, that's a great tip!

I'm guessing sarcasm?

Any news on how well streaming is working with ICS. I listen to Intune radio and stream it over my car stereo, and also PANDORA. Any improvement ?

I'm guessing not sarcasm because I can see myself being excited by the same overlook.

changes

not to fond of some of the changes:
put the widgets back on the home screen long press option, it does NOT need to be with applications.
phone favorites is no longer a list
and what happened to my widgets for things like wifi and gps??

I have been using it for a week. or overall I like it very much. I made some tweaks because I didn't like the transitions it was too slow, I am not getting as much battery time as I used to I am at 15 hours in 30 percent left I usually make it to 24 hours with 20 to 30 percent.

1 possible issue 4 battery drain is that facebook and other apps seem to be running all the time even when I turn the screen off. my wifi I also seems to be running all the time. I seem to recall you being able to make the razor disable wifi and other things when I turn the screen off without using smart actions.

I believe that under the Dev options there is something called transitions and I tuned it to something like .5 instead of 2 which I assume was some interval and it worked
