Ok I don't know what's going on but after flashing it my phones is constantly rebooting. Everytime I try to do something it soft reboots.

EDIT: Ok nevermind found out the problem everything looks good!

Feels so nice so smooth!

Hey Fab,
I just wanted to report random lags and random freeze of the screen. Phone doesnt restart but just freezes for a moment specially if searching for contact/app using quick search bar. Its not reproducible all the time.
I know few others are also experiencing random lags.

Does anybody running 2.3.15 have this little bug on boot-up?

It boots up with the android boot ani and it boots up normally but the notification bar will pop up and then it will still have the android boot ani for a few seconds before it flashes and the wall paper and lock screen show up

yes i get this too. the bar will show up on the boot screen with the animation.

my lockscreen sliders are also very "'laggy" too.

I'm currently on Fab's Apex Rom v1.0.2.2 for Droid X, I don't know if this matters.

Anyways, when I open Backup Assistance on my phone and click "Sync", it works but it only syncs about 10 numbers and there all pound "#" numbers (#225, etc.)

Most of my contacts were created on my old D1 with my Google Account.

On my DX, I have over 100 contacts from my Google and Facbeook accounts that appear in my Contacts List on my phone. Why isn't every number appearing online om the Verizon Backup Assistant website? Like I said only about 10 numbers show up on the website and there pound numbers? I just want to know how to sync all my Contacts including Facebook or whatever to BA.

Hey Fab I love the rom but have a question, on my phone the sync icon wont go away in the notification area even though if I go into my accounts and look at all of them they are all done snycing. Any ideas?

If you restored all of your apps with Titanium backup that is your problem.

To fix, factory reset. Then let the market download/install all of your apps automatically. Then go into titanium and restore data for the apps you need it restored on. Or I hear MyBackup Pro wont cause the sync issue like Titanium does.

Market Gone

I spy an upgraded revolution theme on twitter.... can't wait!

I've just updated REVOlution for the 1.2 series. It's now available in the first post:

-Works for both versions. Please do the following first! Go into settings, applications, manage applications, go to Market and Google Search, and uninstall updates for both!

Install the same way as the ROM, don't wipe data or cache!

So by uninstalling the updates for Market and Google Search, this has uninstalled both apps. Granted, I never use Google Search, but now am unsure how to reinstall Market, or if I should. Either way, Market is gone and I am confused as to what to do now.

This is why I keep relatively fresh titanium backups on my phone... Um, try to find the APK file or flash an old nandroid. I am currently in the process of trying 1.2.1 again from a fresh complete install. I just let all my apps restore and I'm backing up in bootstrap now so when I go jacking with market and search I have a safety net. Putting the Revo theme on there now, hope it is sexy like NexTheme was.

What's really strange is when I just tried to restore, it shows as currently installed and running. I just cannot see it in my appdrawer.

Well, I found a way to run the app, despite it not being in the app drawer. Via Titanium Backup, you can choose to run app. This will work fine until a solution is found.

Sometimes you just need to restart the launcher to get apps to reappear in the app drawer.

In adw, you just hit menu at the homescreen, adw settings, and restart launcher.
