[ROM] ApeX 1.3.1 for Droid X - Running, running, as fast as it can (12/16/10)

Google Maps and Navigation

I noticed that ShadowDroid mentioned this issue and it appears I also have the same problem. When I click on Navigation I get the "Checking navigation availability" dialog and nothing happens. Any idea why? I am running 1.3.1. I went from ApeX v1 and wiped my phone and then did the OTA update to 340 and then installed 1.3.1 with the format data and cache. Is there a fix for this? This is a pretty important feature for me. Other than the Nav piece everything is working really well for me. Great job.

Update to my Nav issue. As a test I went into Maps and typed an address and then selected the "Directions" and the directions came up and then I hit the Navigation icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and that loaded the Navigation app correctly without the "Checking navigation availability" message. Now when I go directly into the Navigation app I no longer get the "Checking navigation availability" message. Not sure what is going on or if the message/issue will return.

I am having an issue with random reboots since flashing 1.3.1 from 1.3.0 I wiped data and cache still having the same issue. Anyone know what could be causing this issue? Other than that everything is great!

You're not supposed to unzip anything. If you're a noob you should let RomManager download and install the rom for you.

Ok so i downloaded the zip to my phone, i used Rom Manager to install it, but midway through it says the installation was aborted. Any ideas?
