[ROM] ApeX 1.3.1 for Droid X - Running, running, as fast as it can (12/16/10)

Hey guys, I'm pretty sure when they gave me my section they said the rule was that I could only have 1 donate link, and that was in the first post of each release.

Has anyone encountered any problems installing over without uninstalling anything or wiping...

Hey guys, if I want to switch over to LPP, should I uninstall ADW through scripts, or will having both launchers installed affect my performance?

I keep multiple launchers installed, just in case. I remove everything except the app drawer launcher on the dock from the one I don't use. I've never noticed a performance issue with doing it this way..... And I use "Home Switcher" from the market to access them and set the default

Users coming from 1.3.0 may be safe to keep data and cache. If there are problems, then factory reset. - Uninstall updates to Market and Google Voice Search if they're there under Settings->Applications->Manage Applications first.

Is this saying to uninstall the updates before updating to 1.3.1?

I had no problems installing this straight over 1.3.0

I didn't uninstall anything and it worked fine. I think that statement is there in case you DO run into issues.

apex 1.3.1 issues

the scripts for this arent working i applied right over 1.3.0 and im having issues i had the motorola gallery and updated to 1.3.1 i want to change it back to motorola one but it keeps saying activity not found and i tried to install microbes and it says same thing

I am having a problem where I can't install via rom manager or by doing bootstrap recovery. Does anyone know why this would happen? Do I need to flash a backup of before Apex and then install 1.3.1?

Actually I can't even flash a backup because I can't get into recovery mode. The M logo comes up and then the Apex 'android' logo shows up and it boots up like normal

why when you apply a theme over this rom the fly in animation pop ups are no longer present? they give the rom added flare sucks that it goes away when a theme is installed also why isnt the scripts working for me i came from 1.3.0 without wiping and i had the motorola gallery on 1.3.0 and once i applied 1.3.1 the script to change the 3D gallery to motorola gallery doesnt work anymore it says activity not found and it did that for the microbes lwp even though its on my sd card it would be good for the dev to add some new notification sounds from the rdd2 droid 2 someone help me out

I am having issue with google maps and specifically the nav isn't working it keeps checking to see if nav. Is available then it closes so im wondering whats going on ...on 1.30 it was fine so idk

I just don't wanna have to spend a tonne of time setting up my phone again if there's not any massive updates.

Jus go into ur launcher and turn it on, maybe its turned on by defualt..

Your animations are changing because when you flash a theme it overwrites fabolous's xmls that control the animations
