I have been on the blurless roms since the get go and finally decided to give apex a try. Glad I did as it is the poop. Really missed a few of the blur options without even realizing it. Hats off to a great rom.

Whats up guys,does anybody know why Im having issues with my camcorder? Everytime I press record it force closes. Thanks in advance.

Nope. No issues with camcorder here.. try wiping and starting fresh~ or try running a fix permissions

but g**dammit Fabulous you are an idiot for making that LOUD and incredibly ANNOYING THX sound the default!

I got stuck in a bootloop and in trying to fix it, the phone just kept blaring that annoying sound.

Plus I blame the initial problem on Apex, as well.

When people leave comments like that it bugs me because they work on this so much and for people like yourself talking down ....its just not needed keep your comments to yourself ungrateful child.

Okay, maybe the last part of my post (above) was a little much. There is some element of "curiosity killed the cat" with regards to customizing one's system, after all.

But you really think the THX sound was a good idea? Users do have the right to speak up about unwanted features, you know. Otherwise how will devs know? Also, I do show my thanks. I've bought plenty of good Android apps, donated to Koush, Jrummy16, and others.

Yes but you can remove these "unwanted " things yourself....and change it to your liking.

I couldn't agree more. I'm always amazed when people tear apart another person's hard work when they've never developed anything useful. When you are able to create a ROM that even remotely approaches Apex in terms of stability, speed and overall features, then you can talk. Any point you were trying to make was totally overtaken by your immature and offensive comments.

By the way, if you had bothered to do any research, you would have quickly discovered that you can turn off the THX sound in the Apex toolbox.

How can i prevent the inevitable OTA update that is going to be coming thru to my phone..... Im in LOVE with this ROM and have it exactly where i like it and i dont want to change~ Any ideas?

Ive renamed /etc/security/(Ota thingy to .bak)
And ive deleted the Updater.apk

Is the above^ all i need to do?
