Charging

So today I noticed that car charging is slow at best, but when I am running Pandora or Nav, battery seems to go backwards! With Liberty, I could charge and run pandora, maps, dogcatcher and it would charge ~40% in my hour ride to school. Now it just stays the same or loses charge. One interesting this is when I am charging in the car and I choose phone info, it says "charging", although, it doesn't note that fact on the lock screen like it does when plugged into the wall.

Anyway, just wanted to add my 2 cents to the battery discussion!

Yeah, I noted that before too. I don't have that problem with Pandora, but I do with Nav. RevNumbers supposedly has a possible battery fix in his new unofficial nighlies.

Just went back to Liberty GB (I needed to flash something different) and man do I miss cm7. Just so much faster and smoother. Im sure i'll be on cm7 by tomorrow.

Sounds like myself..lol hey we flash for a different scenery at times and I'm getting ready to do the same! I'm going to try a few different roms.. stock too..lol just to flash something.. I have my computer all set up in case my habit gets me in a bind!

Nope. Official.

It's funny. Once in a while, I go and try some other rom again (liberty, apex etc...) and I ALWAYS come back to cm7. I always regret changing. Haha

Unofficial. I had the same problem too, but I didn't worry about it much because I was only using it to see if the power tweak would allow the phone to sleep. unfortunately it didn't. however, I think I found something else worth trying. Rev will have to determine if it has merit or not.

I'm running the unofficial from 8-13(fresh install). Battery way better for me now, only lost 15% overnight! As opposed to more like 40% overnight average on 2nd init roms. Everything ok here, even TiBu.
