I know it is a pain but it let's us know if the problem is build specific ie. We broke something attempting to fix something else.

. btw on build 13. No bugs to report (can't report just yet anyway
), but I have noticed performance improvements. And so far it feels more stable, but it hasnt been very long yet. Does the stock browser in cyanogen mod have differences to the STOCK stock browser?

i just realized there isnt a market place
You have to load Google Apps, aka Gapps...there is a download in ROM Manager - Select:
- Download ROM
- Googe Apps
- Choose 20110307 Universal (2nd on list)
And it will install Google Apps, including the Market, then you still need to get Gmail from the market after the market is installed...
That's how all CM ROMs work - Google Apps (commonly referred to as "Gapps") are not included in the main ROM build, so it's always flashed as a separate add-on.
Why not the latest version of Gapps (20110613 Universal)?
Just wondering...
I used the latest one yesterday and it worked fine for me. Zero issues with it

I would assume it has something to do with us running a version of CM 7.0 and not 7.1 on a 2.3.4 platform....but I could be wrong....just a guess
These builds are from the cyanogenmod tree except for the vendor tree, device tree and proprietary files for droid 2
So these builds are the latest and greatest from CM ... however since the devs have been bug squashing and not paying attention to cm's commits we didn't notice that CyanogenMod got a version bump while this project has been going so we need to update the build.props
No big deal but I could see how this could cause confusion.

That was my thought.
There were posts on the Rootzwiki CM4D2 thread that using the latest Google Apps didn't work w/this ROM, and recommended the earlier version I noted. No one else on that thread said anything different, so this is the first I've heard that the later version works. Good to know...

Then I was wrong lol. Whatever works I say. I've been running CM all day so far and love it far better then ANY GB rom had to offer me - that I can vouch for definitely!!!
