2.0.7 is the one i used when i would need it, you can try the newer ones but they may or may not work, I haven't tried them so I don't know for sure, but they are worth a shot if you wish.

Also remember the D1 does supports and Ad-Hoc network only so if the device you try to tether doesn't support Ad-Hoc networks it wont find the tether network that your D1 creates.

Just installed this rom and everything is running fine so far. One question though, how can i get wifi tether running on it?

thanks for the reply woodyman, this is the first rom i flashed on my O.G droid that I just got a few hrs ago. I shouldve known that it onlyl supported ad-hoc before i even got it but i guess my research didnt go deep enough

just flashed the 1150lv kernel. Tried it on power save but the phone felt a little laggy so i put it on performance and its much faster now!!!! I just have to try all of the governors to find the sweet life between performance and battery life.......Now that I look at it it may just be On demand but smart mod looks interesting....This is fun, is there anyway to change the pulldown text?

Here is what I would recomend, boot recovery and go to the partitions menu and wip everything except your sdcard, boot, cache, data, system. Then wipe them all again followed by returning to the main recovery screen and wiping data/cache. Then reboot back into recovery and install the ROM, and Google Apps, followed by a data/cache wipe, then install ur kernel if wanted, and wipe data/cache again, followed by the reboot. Once ur phone comes on sign in and let it sync and everything and while it is doing that don't try to txt or do anything because that sometimes messes it up so after you sign in just it let it do its thing until it is done..

Deleting these files from ur sdcard won't hurt either,

I tried this and everyone's suggestions with no luck. Thanks for the help though. On my previous ROM, I was on the new market (3.0.27). Would that be a problem or should the apps still restore? Build 11 worked just fine. Also, I remember not having to normally accept the market terms.

I restored version 10 and am having some problems. First, when I restart my phone it tells me there was a sign in error for both gmail accounts I have so I have to always re-enter my passwords for both accounts. That's annoying, but now that is done and I can't download any apps from the market. I tried clearing market data and cache but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

edit: running fix permissions from rom manager solved all problems

with every new build that icon fix has to be updated, so i pull the old one down. If you flash an old fix on a new build you will boot loop. Glad you found the working on. You guys can always pm me also for this fix or any other small modifications you may need.

Do you have trouble editing any of the "9" images? I know they can be tricky to mod and some of them are causing it to crash on me. (won't boot at all) I had no trouble modifying the images in the settings or the browser apks and have had great success on other roms. Is it just potluck or are there files we cannot edit in the framework?
