lol, yes after I did some clean up and finishing of the code for 10.5 I took a few days to relax before I started my vacation [which began on Tuesday] so although I had internet with the Cr-48 on my drive down the coast I was giving everything a rest.. lol.. Cleared my head thought about some things and came up with some fresh new ideas, along with a new app that will be published soon, which will have pictures of my trip.. lol, but anyways I am technically on vacation until the 29th, so I will be in and out working on the ROM and keeping up on the forums, less than usual so If I do not reply a message don't take it personal, I'm just trying to monitor for issues and reply when needed over the next week or so. Usually I try to reply to every message as often as I can, but I do not plan on doing that at least until after I return, So no worries..
Until then Build 11 will probably go out this coming week, I have done most of what I would like to for this update from Build 10. So no worries about having to wait a few weeks until a new update.

Headed toward nc this morning and was hoping to maybe find an update to try out but no luck. I did just sign up for the DC mailing list. Maybe ill get this 10.5 crosses fingers. Thanks for posting how to get it

Is anyone experiencing a problem where you go into the picture gallery and your albums load so you click on one only to see a couple pictures loaded. It takes a while to load each picture or sometimes they wont load. Tried clearing data on camera and fxcamera don't know what else to try to fix the issue. Is this a sign of SD card failure? Hope someone can help.

I am not having that issue, if you have an extra SD card try it.
This may have to do with the sd card mod that is set at 4096. Some cards can't handle the read ahead that high.

Mine does it fairly reguarly. Clear data for the gallery app (not camera) & reboot. Should take care of it, no problem.
Any chance the read ahead can be done via a script vs baking it into the rom? Better yet a setting in DC tools would be nice.
Are you guys saying it was set for 4096 in 10.5 or another build? I'm running 10 after a complete wipe and the default was set to 128 KB. I've been using SD Speed Increase to adjust the setting. It must modify the setting during each boot, due to the setting stored in a system file.
If this option could be included in the DC Settings app, I'd love to uninstall another app.
Notification colors
The scroll in the notification bar is fine, but when I pull the notification bar down, I only see the icon for the specific notification, email, gmail, package install etc., but the text that used to show up to the right of the icon doesn't appear. I assume the text setting is set to white or something so I can't see it. I've tried all the settings, I think, and set them to black but must have missed it. Any help? Thanks.
