[ROM] [ROM] Droid Concepts Froyo Releases [BETA versions]

I use sapphire and slayher kernels. They both run great. I routinely use sapphire because it registers the clock speed when using System Panel app...

hmmm I think I'll check out the Sapphire kernels. I remember those being awesome on Sapphire, never thought to try them out on DC

I have not had this problem, but I did have one situation after a boot where I could not pull down the notification bar to see the messages. Another reboot cleared it up. Possibly related?

Dumb question, what is the menu sequence to turn the power widgets on? My friend is stock ROM and lost her power bar thing. She and I searched for the menu settings with no luck.

Are you trying to find the power control widget on your friend's stock phone ?(not running droid concepts rom) if so you won't find it cause its originally from the Samsung Galaxy S and it was then developed for our phones.

Otherwise it is located in the Droid Concepts Settings under User Interface as notification power widget

The widget is on stock phones, the notifications bar is not. To add the widget find a spot on a home screen, long press, add widget, power control

After I unchecked the notification power widget, I had to go into the widget button section and uncheck all of the selected boxes for them to actually go away.

so has anyone experienced this problem yet? ... I got off the phone this evening only to find my homescreen flashing on and off...tried everything to stop it and finally pulled the battery. mind you I took a pic and shared it to facebook like 5 minutes prior, when the phone restarted I got an sd card damaged error, now I have a usless 4gig sd card that had quite a few pics from this past weekend with my daughters...now gone :(

dont know what to do...

I have not experience this. Although, if you have a card reader for your computer, you may be able to rescue the pics and reformat the sdcard and use it.

If you find the guide on partitioning the SD card, please post a link. I was trying to re-partition one for a Nook the other day and was surprised that Windows 7 couldn't just do it from computer management panel....
