so has anyone experienced this problem yet? ... I got off the phone this evening only to find my homescreen flashing on and off...tried everything to stop it and finally pulled the battery. mind you I took a pic and shared it to facebook like 5 minutes prior, when the phone restarted I got an sd card damaged error, now I have a usless 4gig sd card that had quite a few pics from this past weekend with my daughters...now gone
dont know what to do...
I have not experience this. Although, if you have a card reader for your computer, you may be able to rescue the pics and reformat the sdcard and use it.

Hey man really sorry to hear about what happened, hope you can get something figured out. I wish I could be of more help, idk if youve tried this but it is worth a shot. Memory Card Recovery Software to Recover Lost Photos - CardRecovery
you can always try to update the driver for the card via windows that may help it getting recognized or even roll back to a previous driver if there is one.
hope this helps

Sorry to hear! If you can get the card to load, I've had a lot of success with Data Doctor Recovery Pen Drive (they support memory cards as well) and Smart Flash Recovery, though I've worked with mostly flash drive (& hdd) recovery obviously. I've sometimes had issues reading a drive and it was just due to either USB hubs or older USB ports. Good luck, I've lost a ton of priceless data myself and know it hurts, even individual photos. No luck as of yet, tried 3 different recovery programs so far. Sorry, I just replied without reading earlier posts. This is just as good or better I'm sure as the software I've used. Good advice here.Memory Card Recovery Software to Recover Lost Photos - CardRecovery

I was trying to install DC11 from PE4.2 but when it boots up i can never get the market to respond when i hit install for an app i want. i tried clearing cache in market and market updater then reboot right after and nothing. could a market file be broke or something. I'm using RZ recovery to install
Under RZ recovery, I would try wiping everything 3x, than install DC11, Google apps, and any kernel you want, than reboot. Those are the steps I took, and I usually wipe 3x before trying any ROM. Just to play it safe.

The other thing you can try is mounting your SD card from RZ, move all the files off the card and format it. Than load up DC11, apps, kernel.

damn, i was afraid of that. i had since done that coming from GB, it ruined my sd card somehow but formatting it did fix it. ill have to try it at home as i have a bunch of stuff on my card (3.5gbs left mostly music) and last time it took about an hour moving stuff off then putting back on. ill keep trying other methods until the weekend which should give me enough time for the process.

You might be able to just delete the .android_secure, Android, and data folders only. But I would back those up first.
