[ROM] Liberty Gingerbread v0.4 - Return of the Eagle

Download unsuccessful

I just installed LG v.5, coming from Gingerbread .595, and the install seemed to work fine. I have internet access, but for some reason, the majority of the apps I try to redownload from the market that I had previously, give me a "Download of ... was unsuccessful." error. What could be the issue here?

My contacts wont show when I pull up my contacts. It shows the names when I pull up my texts and when people call but if I go to my contacts it shows none. I'm on v4

Tried it. Factory reset. SBF'ed back to Froyo and then back to GB, w/o Liberty. Idk what to do now, I've done everything I can think of. Idk if this has anything to do with my initial install of LG v.5, or if it was just a coincidence with timing.

Ok im currently on apex beta now but just bought liberty donate im on .591 what steps do i need to take to get to liberty 0.5 the newest one?

Attempted to load .595 then reinstall liberty neither version of liberty will load. stepping back down until an update for .595 hits.

I think you can just wipe data and cache and flash LGB v0.1. Then reboot and go back into CW and flash LGB v0.5 (with or without kernel, since you claim to already be on .591)

I am not 100% sure if this is how to do what you asked. I came straight from Froyo to LGB using the FULL LBG v0.1. If I was in your situation, I would try what I said. Worst case just SBF, then install the FULL LGB v0.1 then v0.5 over that.

Yeah I am not sure if LGB will work with a .595 base, it is based on .591. I am not sure what changed between .591 and .595. I believe they have halted production of any updates pending the Gingerbread OTA, but after that drops, we know they will be hard at work to get us a new update. They always deliver.

so if im on .4 (4.5.588) then to get on 0.5 i just download the zip with out kernel. Then come bk and download the 591 kernel ?

also whem i install 0.5 do i need to wipe data/cache 1st ?

thx for any help

Log into your market account from your pc, go to my market account, then you should see your device listed there. If you see two there, you need to figure out which is your current device and delete the old one. That happened to me once when I updated my droidx to liberty 1.5 on froyo.
