Interesting. I'm not sure why mine won't connect? I use the same settings and everything. Pisses me off because I really like this ROM but I need my work email and contacts.

Same here mine is working just fine. Did you change your password recently? That always gets me and i forget to update it on my phone so it never connects. I wouldn't imagine your settings got screwed up, but worth a check, but i would verify the password thing first.

The password is fine. I did a wipe clean and went back to step one and had to type in the settings for 2.1 and it worked just fine. So then i did another wipe clean and typed in the exact same settings for 2.2 and it fails. It's so frustrating because I feel like it should be easy. I want to use Lithium so badly but I'm forced to stay with 2.1 right now. Pete's BB drained my battery too fast. If anyone has any ideas at all please do help as I would like to be a part of the Lithium group. haha... seriously though!!

Rob, I had an issue with all 2.2 ROMs and Exchange as well.

Android 2.2, Exchange 2007, IIS 7, Windows Server 2008.

In IIS 7 There are several configuration options pertaining to SSL, my Exchange server was set to accept client certificates. I changed it to Ignore and BAM 2.2 & Exchange happily ever after.

Browser zoom bars

Hello!

I'm sure this has been posted but I can't find it. And... this is my first post so pleeeeeeease be kind to me

The browser zoom in / out buttons while viewing a webpage in the Key Lime Pie theme - the zoom out ( - ) is not aligned with the zoom in ( + ) button. It is shifted up. Hope that makes sense.

Great ROM! I've tried just about all of them and am loving this one. Thanks!

The offset zoom was in Kangerade key lime also. I kinda like it very unique!

I have looked through em all and just cannot make a decision on the ones coming with this rom but love the rom any one know of any other themes working with this rom either green or maybe an orange or yellow theme not the gold theme though.

Hey everyone! Been lurking here for months, first off, AWESOME forum!! This site alone is proof that Android has become a huge success for us (I'm a VZW rep in the Westchester NY area), and the other sites as well (alldroid, Droidlife, etc). I'm personally of the opinion that VZW/Google should really hire most of you amazing devs, but that's another topic lol....

Anyway, had to make my first post in here, because I have tried many ROMs from several devs (Pete's BB which is awesome btw, AdamZ, Succulent Desire, countless others) but this right here, running w/P3's 1.25 kernel, has my DROID running cheek to cheek with my gf's X (granted it's stock) even besting it at times. Amazing. Love the red, the notification panel icons, the dialer, the lock/unlock icons. In Spare Parts I set the animations/transitions to Fast, and this thing just blazes. Battery life is still great for this performance. Hats off to you sir, all the diff themes are just icing on the cake, gotta hand you the crown for now.

Off topic, but I always get a kick out of showing my coworkers my DROID, the response is always a wide-eyed "WTF is that you got on there!?!?" LOL but like I said, you guys are getting through, because many of my colleagues are rooted running some form of ROM, even mgrs lol

Hey, welcome to the forum. So one question, do you and your colleges tether your rooted Verizon phones with custom ROMs? Just wondering...

I got rid of Browser app about a month ago, and now use xScope browser with custom theme-pack and I never look back. This new browser is 1000 times better than the stock one. I recommend it to anyone who is annoyed by the stock browser.

The main thing that bugs me about the stock browser is that there is no easy method other than using about:debug to manually enable the hidden settings in 'Browser Settings' to turn on 'desktop' rendering, otherwise you can never visit pages intended for desktop browsers which contain flash videos in them. xScope has this quick toggling ability, and has MANY other features. I got the pay version, but there is also a free version too. I can't even remember the difference between the 2 feature-wise.

This is BETA software. What do you expect? Did it cost you anything? By the way, this problem doesn't even affect everybody and since these devs do this stuff on the side and still have to squeeze in vacation time too, we, the testers, sometimes have to be patient. Don't be so ignorant. I swear, so many people today have this dilutional sense of entitlement like the world should just hand over everything for free, and on top of that, they want it delivered in 30 mins or less. Have some respect dude. Or else go find another ROM that is better .
