[ROM] The Eagle Has Landed!!!! - Liberty 1.0 1/11/11

Wow! Thats about all I can say at this time...Wow! To the creators...nice job, this was almost 100% painless(having to add back apps and set-up accounts for 5% pain lol).

So far, I am digging this ROM...about to get my screens set up, and then I think I am going to drop either the Mysterious Beast or Frost themes on it...dancedroid

I've tried a many a rom since I first got my X and they all have had their benefits. From FlyX to Tranquility ApeX to GummyJar. The Devs put their heart and soul into their work. But as of right now this rom is at the top of the line IMO. Thanks You for your hard work and dedication peoplez.

So now that I have installed this ROM when I try to play music or Videos the music says this file type is not supported and the video says pretty much the same thing. Any Ideas coming from UD RC2. Where it worked fine. Is any one else having this issue? Everything else so far seems to work fine and its every single type of video from you tube to recorded video to ones loaded off my PC to ones even off an app called flixter.

Has anyone noticed that the lock screen gets really sluggish sometimes? Like when you hit the home button it takes 5sec for the screen to light up?

I've narrowed it down to setcpu. Any one else running setcpu on gummy/liberty having similar issues?

The only time I ever encountered this problem was when I messed with the stage fright inside of the build properties. If they are set to on then it will give you a nice quadrant score but you won't be able to play certain video types.

I have already been through that. And changed all that in the build.prop did not help. Its not just certain types its every type. Which is the confusion part. I would understand if it was just one or two types but its every single type of video and audio. Fustrating. I had the issue awhile back and the only ROM I could use that I could play video on was UD ROM. I went through ever DX rom known to man I started having the problem soon as my phone got flashed to the newest version.

I went through the koush bootstrap followed all the directions but the Liberty file isnt there????? i went to "choose zip from sdcard" scrolled down but didnt see it. is there a way to get it back? im a noob so forgive me!!

I am pretty sure you can't have it in any folder or anything it has to be just on your SDCARD so make sure that is not in like a "downloads" folder or anything its just solely on the SDCARD.

This is the fastest/smoothest lockscreen/slider that I have seen for any ROM. The slider on the lockscreen is so smooth now, me likey.

I am running SetCPU with no issues. Not OC'd tho, just 600/300 when the screen is off, and 1000/300 during normal use.

If you know where you are looking you can put it anywhere. I have a folder for all my ROMs and themes, some are in their own folders and some are just in the "ROMS" folder. I can go as many levels deep as I need with bootstrap and "choose zip from sdcard."

Hit your power button it will back you out. You can do that until you get back to the first screen.

Yeah... When ROM manager actually works. I prefer CW over ROM manager any day. Most times ROM manager just reboots my phone. I only use ROM manager to rename my backups at this point.

Yeah used to have that prob a lot. The last few updates to it have fixed those issues those I have not had the problem with it doing that since the last time it was updated. It works every single time now perfect.
