[ROM] The Eagle Has Landed!!!! - Liberty 1.0 1/11/11

does anyone have a list of what animations are controlled by which .xml files?

Are you referring to the transition animations? If so, inside the framework-res, the "anim" folder is what you're looking for...
If you mean more specific than that, I'm pretty sure you can tell what animation is what by the name of the files.. no?

yes that is true i have just been looking for forever so i know what the ones do that arent self explanitory, ive been testing each one individually all day but some of them i just cant find. if that makes sense, such as i would like to change the animation from when you exit an app back to the homescreen, i will end up going through all of them to find out i just figured i would see if anyone knew the specifics

To my knowledge... there is only 1 version of the liberty rom right , right? I've read some threads with people talking about updates to it... but i haven't seen anything outside of just the toolbox update on the market. Is this right? I wanna make sure i don't miss anything.

I'm sure this is going to be a stupid question but when I click on about phone it says Droid2 even though I have a droidx...is that supposed to be the case? And my audio files will not play...any suggestions?

You installed the wrong rom.

Is that *possible*? I'm no expert, but I thought you COULDN'T install, say, a Droid Incredible rom on a D1, or a Droid 2 rom on a Droid X. If that's possible to do it raises some interesting, as well as alarming possibilities.

Droid x and 2 roms are so similar that you can sometimes if not always successfully flash them on the wrong phone. Only a few things need to be changed to make them work which is why there are so many dx roms ported to the d2

tappin and a talkin

I tried but still nothing.... and when I go to manual it has I slot to fill in imap but no smtp... it has a port though.... I don't know what I'm doin wrong

I just tested this on mine to verify. It does work. You put the imap information in first, then hit next and let it verify. Then you put the smtp information in and hit next. Voila.

Yea following it to a T...... It just keeps saying can't connect to server .... do I need to change the port number or something maybe

I didn't read thru this giant thread, so if you figured this out, sorry for being redundant. Yahoo won't work over wifi. Turn off wifi if it is on or you will get the problem you are describing.

So forgive me if I missed it, I read through 40 pages and could not find an answer. Is there anyway to remove the clock?
