Install it from Market, and sign in... works fine.

OK... i feel dumb... i swear i installed it from market, watched the download hit 100% then disappear from the drop down menu (like 3 seperate times)
of course once you suggest same, it works! well i dont know what you did to my fone, but it worked!!!
thx

What is data throttling and how does it work?
It works like this:
You get a shiney new smartphone that "does"
You get the unlimited data plan so that you can "do"
The man, says that unlimited isn't really unlimited
but they don't really tell you that part
If you use more data than "the man" likes, they start to slow you down

So basically on an unlimited data plan, if you go over 5gb of usage per month, you get throttled (they slow down your connection). This can also be the case in congested metropolitan areas (like D.C.).

By removing the throttle, you are not letting your android phone accept "the man's" terms of the slow down, and you can run at full capacity all the time.

Boo, As explained by Growler48 via Plower.net's post.

I really enjoyed writing this description up, so I like to get my due credit :)

any idea how to enable hdmi feature? I tried install appreal hdmi, but seems wont work.

Install a rom with more blur, like Apex or Darkslide.

The aosp roms like Liberty and Rubix do not support HDMI output yet. There's something in the motorola blur framework that gets taken out in aosp roms that breaks hdmi.

I'm not sure who's working on it, but I'm sure someones trying to make that work for aosp.

I just want to say if you tried this don't give up too soon. I loaded it several time during the last few weeks. Never liked it and kept going back to the Darkslide. Keep loading different themes never liked then and would revert back. Then yesterday I loaded it again found a great theme got all the settings tweaked finally got Yahoo email working. Now I love it and will not be changing anytime soon. At least till the new one drops. Don't give up to soon or you will be missing a great one.

First off I would like to say even though this is my first ROM ever, it has set the bar extremely high, I'm loving it all so far!

However, I do have a question. Under Settings > Sound, there is a setting called "Silent State." When I first read it, I was so excited because I thought it was a feature I haven't had since my old, crappy free upgrade phones I've had years ago in that you can use the volume control buttons on the side to enable vibrate at the bottom, but also, by pressing the volume down one more time, you'll enable silent mode.

On my stock droid, if I ever wanted vibrate or silent, I would have to go through the settings each time, which got redundant and annoying.

So to finish up my long explanation (sorry!), is "Silent State" what I think it is? If so, how do I make it work correctly, because as of now it doesn't seem to do anything. If it is not what I think, if someone could explain it to me, while also crush my dreams. :(

No clue what that does.. for silent/vibrate, I just go to the lock screen, and slide the other slider.... much quicker than navigating to the menu.

I am currently running Rubix Focused 1.8.6
Will it be ok to just follow the directions on the first post?

No!!

You need to go back to stock .15 via sbf (unless you were smart and have a stock backup) and take the OTA update to .340. Then you can install this ROM.

How do you have your sound set up? Because I only receive 2 options when I slide the other slider. Either Sound/Vibrate or Sound/Silent depending on my settings. I have never been able to set up Sound/Vibrate/Silent

Meh, probably because I use widgetlocker.. which has that option :S

Pretty much everything is default. I've had to bounce between roms/versions lately a bit. :S
